I have a background in quality assurance both in a production and post-market setting, as well as a degree in Anthropology. My interest in detailed documentation, thorough analysis, and ethnographic research led me to UX Design! The ability to utilize the skills I have already developed alongside helping people access information in a more streamlined and accessible way seemed like a no brainer!
